Clients retain ownership of their brand materials provided to Lemongraf, while all newly created content remains the property of Lemongraf until full payment is received.

6. User & Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for:

7. Payments and Refund Policy
- A non-refundable deposit is typically required before project commencement.
- Final deliverables will only be transferred after full payment is received.
- Refunds are not provided once a project has begun unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
8. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
We aim to deliver reliable and responsive services. Our standard SLAs are as follows:
Response Times:
- Standard Maintenance Clients: Response within 24 hours during business days.
- Premium Maintenance Clients: Response within 12 hours, including expedited priority handling.
Website Uptime Monitoring:
- 24/7 uptime monitoring is available with notifications for any service disruptions.
Support Availability:
- Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (GMT).
- Emergency support outside these hours is available for Premium Plans or by special arrangement.
Delivery Timeframes:
