We assisted in the construction and redesign of domeniileostrov.ro, an online platform dedicated to the niche of wine sales. The client has been a key player in Romania’s wine market for over 30 years, with a long-established presence in offline sales. Our task was to migrate their existing website from WordPress to Shopify, ensuring a seamless transition and providing a fresh, modern online identity.
The main challenges we faced included migrating the site’s content and creating a new visual identity. Despite these hurdles, we remained focused on delivering a seamless user experience. After extensive testing and promotion of the platform, we were thrilled to see a significant increase in conversion rates. We also actively sought customer feedback to ensure we were meeting their needs, and we’re now working on optimizing and automating business processes for even better results.
Special attention was given to mobile optimization, ensuring the site was fully responsive and user-friendly across all devices. We developed an intuitive UI design that is easy to navigate for all age groups. Four of our team members were involved in the process, ensuring a collaborative and efficient approach.
